Keep Your Jewelry Brilliant,Forever

Simple, elegant care habits that preserve the beauty and brilliance of every piece designed to last a lifetime.

Care By Metal & Stone

Each material has its own character. Here's how to honour yours.

Diamond Care

  • Soak the piece in a bowl of warm (not hot) water with a drop of mild dish soap for 20–30 minutes to loosen any buildup.
  • Gently scrub with a soft-bristled toothbrush, paying special attention to the setting and underside of the stone where oils collect.
  • Rinse thoroughly under clean running water. Pat dry with a lint-free cloth and let air dry completely before storing.

Avoid

  • Ultrasonic cleaners for set stones
  • Chlorine bleach or abrasive cleaners
  • Touching the stone with bare fingers (oils cloud brilliance)

Silver Care

  • Use a silver polishing cloth to gently buff away tarnish in long, straight strokes — never circular, which can deepen surface scratches.
  • For deeper cleaning, use a silver-specific cleaning solution. Apply with a soft cloth, rinse well, and dry immediately.
  • Store in an anti-tarnish pouch or airtight container to slow the tarnishing process significantly.

Avoid

  • Exposure to sulphur-rich environments (eggs, rubber, wool)
  • Harsh chemical dips that strip the metal
  • Air exposure for extended periods

Gold Care

  • Clean with warm water, a few drops of gentle soap, and a very soft cloth or brush. The goal is to remove skin oils and environmental residue.
  • Rinse in clean, lukewarm water. Avoid high-pressure taps near drains — place a cloth over the plug hole as a precaution.
  • Dry thoroughly with a soft, clean cloth. Allow a few minutes to air dry before storing.

Avoid

  • Chlorine pools and hot tubs (breaks down gold alloys)
  • Abrasive materials including toothpaste
  • Contact with lotions before the piece is put on

Wear Well, Every Day

Conscious habits that protect your pieces through every occasion.

What to Do

  • Put on last

Apply all cosmetics, hair products and perfume before wearing jewelry.
  • Remove before the gym

Sweat contains salts and acids that degrade metal and cloud stones over time.
  • Store safely

Return each piece to its individual pouch or box immediately after wearing.
  • Clean regularly

A gentle clean every 2–4 weeks maintains brilliance and prevents buildup.
  • Inspect settings

Check prong settings periodically to ensure stones are secure.

What to Avoid

  • Harsh chemicals

Bleach, acetone, and household cleaners permanently damage metal finishes.
  • Stacking without care

Harder stones can scratch softer metals. Layer mindfully or separate pieces.
  • Rough wear

Gardening, heavy lifting, or manual work can bend, chip or loosen settings.
  • Sleespaning with jewelry on

Movement during sleep can stress clasps, chains, and stone settings.
  • Water exspanosure

Remove before showering, swimming, or washing dishes whenever possible.

Protect While at Rest

How you store your jewelry matters as much as how you wear it.

  • Store Separately
  • Use Soft Pouches or Lined Boxes
  • Keep Cool and Dry
  • Hang Chains and Necklaces
